To register for the journal's monthly mailing list of new articles just send your email address to mail@journaloftheoretics.com
Contact information: Because we are a virtual office, we accept only email, snail mail (Journal of Theoretics, 2941 Prairie Wood Dr., Oshkosh, WI 54904), and faxes (1-920-235-2050). Email must be in English and any emails that are sent to multiple people or that have attachments that will not clear normal security settings and/or lack an appropriate subject and text, will not be read (they are immediately destroyed) in order to avoid computer viruses. Personal interviews by phone with either the editor or the authors may be arranged via these means initially. Thank you.
Article Submission
Comments from various authors who have submitted works:
"Once again, thank you very much Dr. Siepmann. The comment [a published comment by Dr. Siepmann about the paper] just showed how much you really looked in-depth at my ideas. Thank you very much again. My next article is in preparation and I hope to get it ready on time."
"Another important thing is logic. Humans are the only species which accept "no-logic," I found myself in this position many times [with other journals]. Most of my life has been a fight against such no-logic. Nature is logical, mankind is not. Even when things in nature appear illogical, when we find the answer, it is beautifully logical. Our challenge is to find that answer. My article [that the Journal of Theoretics published] is such an example. Of course, in the heart of this and every theory is "love." Our love of science and the logic that exists in nature so wondrously. Many regards to the Best Journal in the World."
"I am deeply grateful with the corrections you made to my article, they clearly improved it."

| Why should I submit an article?
The Journal of Theoretics is a nonprofit peer-reviewed science journal which carries all the of benefits of publication. We are monitored by various services and scientific societies such as the American Chemical Society. Our articles have been widely referenced by the works of other published works in many different scientific disciplines as well as being referenced and linked by hundreds of other scientific websites. Your work will be available to the thousands of subscribers and viewers that visit our website every month. We also maintain a complete and easily accessible full-text article, editorial, and comments archives.
As a researcher and author, we do not feel that you should also have to pay to have your article published. The policy of many journals to have the authors pay for their article's publication is unprofessional, petty, and biased as it selects articles by the author's ability to pay rather than on the quality of the article. It should be an honor to have your original article selected for publication rather than feeling like you are bribing the publisher to get it published. We do not want money to play any role in whether your article gets published or not. We are able to publish this journal without author funding through donations from the scientific community and the hard work of our volunteer staff and reviewers.
We also take advantage of the internet in the review and publication process. An initial field specific review will be done and if the article is acceptable the author will be notified in about 2-4 weeks via email. An article could "theoretically" be published within several weeks of being received but the average time to publication is now about 1 year due to the overwhelming number of submissions (of which we accept less than 25%). Of course any editorial changes will be submitted to the author for review prior to publication.
Publication on the internet will also allow the author to use hyperlinks to allow access to relevant data. Hyperlinks can be used in the main text of the article or in the bibliography. Your article will be indexed and archived for unrestricted public access in perpetuity at no cost to you, the author. Additionally, because the Journal is copyrighted, your intellectual property is documented and dated with a permanent copy of the Journal being on file and registered with the copyright office. Additionally, your article will be submitted to the appropriate scientific reference libraries and article search engines. Again at no charge to the author.
The Journal's editor is committed to establishing the Journal of Theoretics as a premier Journal with the prestige that should be so accorded. As an author you will benefit from this commitment to scientific quality and visibility with funding agencies, tenure committees, and international colleagues. The Journal will also send out email information about each new article to its mailing list (we continually update our mailing list of academics/professionals from a broad range of fields) as well as continually updating the copyright, scientific reference libraries, and article search engines.

How to submit an article or letter for review.
An article may be submitted in any of the following formats:
Because the format for articles of theory will vary depending upon the subject matter and the extensiveness of the theory, the author will have more discretion of the article's format than with other journals. We do ask is the following:
- The article be concise and to the point. The article's length needs to be <6 pages (single-spaced) including figures and pictures. Exceptions for unusual circumstances can be made.
- There be a conclusion section at the end of the article.
- The article can not have been previously published in print or on the internet prior to its publication in the Journal of Theoretics. Any such publication would result in the article being dropped from publication in the Journal of Theoretics, even if it had been previously accepted.
- The article may be submitted as an email attachment in Word (*.doc), HTML (*.htm or *.html), or Text (*.txt) format.
- Use single spacing and if possible Times New Roman for the font type.
- Either use an equation editor that will incorporate the equation into the MS Word document. Another option is that you can use an equation editor and then convert the equation to a graphic and paste it into the document or attach it to your email for us to do so. The reason for this is that html does not exactly translate the equations and it leads to erroneous equations being presented to the reader.
- All graphics (i.e. tables, figures) should be incorporated into the appropriate sections of the article if the article is submitted in Word format. If Word is not being used then the graphic may be submitted as an email attachment (*.gif or *.jpg formats are preferred but we can convert most other image types) or as a hard copy faxed or mailed (we will scan the image in, not preferred due to decreased quality)
- The author's institutional affiliation will be included in the introductory information only upon request.
- Article Format:
- Use Times New Roman type face.
- Abstract and keywords should be type size 10 and justified with reduced margins.
- Sectional titles should be size 14, in bold type, and left justified.
- Article body text should be size 12 and left justified.
- Reference numbers are to be put in [] and formula numbers to be put in ().
- Figure identification is to be in bold and followed by the figure's description. Both to be size 11 and below the figure.
- Table identification is to be in bold and the table title and description are to be size 11 and centered. Both can be above the actual table.
- Pictures (i.e., figures) should be in jpg, gif, tiff, or bmp format.
Unlike many other publications, there is no fee or charges for your work to be published. It will be reviewed and published purely on merit. All contributions must be the original property of the contributor. Any work submitted to the Journal, is considered a work that has been done for the Journal of Theoretics, Inc. which confers the necessary rights to the Journal of Theoretics, Inc. for it to obtain a copyright on the issue as a whole. The Journal of Theoretics, Inc. subsequently allows the article's author(s) to use the published article as they wish, but they should make an appropriate reference to its being previously published in the Journal of Theoretics (e.g. "This paper was first published in the Journal of Theoretics, Vol.3, No.4 under the title ....").

Review process & criteria for acceptance.
Unlike most journals were the theory has to be validated or invalidated by the article, the Journal of Theoretics must use a different process due to the nature of the subject matter. Submitted articles must address some theoretical issue of science/mathematics. Because a theory by definition is a hypothesis not yet proven, we must show that the premises, logic, or use of language of the article submitted contains a significant error in order for an immediate rejection to occur. The editorial department must then decide which articles best fit our publication and will have the greatest scientific impact. As we have many more submissions than we are able to publish, we must unfortunately make tough decisions about what will get published.
We will assist the author in correcting any minor errors prior to publication. Even if an article is rejected it may be resubmitted if significantly modified. We want to work with the author in order to create the best work possible. We want the Journal of Theoretics and the disciplinary field of Theoretics to someday be recognized as a major step forward in science and therefore we want the historical record to be something that we all are very proud to have been a part of.
