orig_onmouseover="null">周庄位于昆山的西南处，古称贞丰里。周庄“镇为泽国，四面环水”，镇内小河纵横交错，呈井字状，临河形成街市，错落有致的民宅背水面街，半数以上是明清之际的建筑，据称有近百余幢古宅，60余座砖雕门楼。窄直的河道上横卧着24座石桥，其中元至清古桥10余座。 据考证周庄已有900余年的历史。水乡离不开桥，周庄的几座名桥也大都有四五百年的历史。周庄双桥始建于1573年，富安桥建于1355年，贞丰桥和福洪桥也有悠久的历史。它们历经几百年的沧桑，至今仍为人们提供着方便。看到这一切，人们对勤劳智慧的周庄建桥人发出由衷的赞叹。 由镇中“贞丰泽国”牌楼朝南过青龙桥，沿河而行，便至富安桥。此桥为单孔拱桥，桥端四隅依河建有形式高低各异的楼阁，构筑独特，为江南桥梁中仅有。 张厅往北在河道交汇之处有圆拱桥（世德桥）和方孔桥（永安桥）联袂而筑。双桥均建于明万历年间， 俗称为钥匙桥。著名美籍华人画家陈逸飞名作《故乡的回忆》创作素材取之于此，于是水乡风光举世闻名，双桥也成为周庄的象征。 游客来到周庄，几乎都要在缓缓流淌的小桥岸边，“眼看明清古建，口尝乡味水鲜。”仅是各色糕点、茶菜就令人眼花缭乱，更不用说各种新奇的农家菜了。 周庄的糕点，可谓花样繁多，数不尽的糕点熟食，犹如四季不败的花事，为水乡人家添色。一年四季，都有美味精致的点心可吃：新年有热腾腾的白米红印糕；农历二月二的撑腰糕，是乡人的神灵之宝，食之莳秧割麦不觉腰酸背痛；春草萋萋时节的麦芽饼、青团子，油光翠绿，甜糯郁香；立夏尝蜂窝糕、豌豆糕；丹桂飘香时节有重阳糕；雪花飘飞时吃糯米汤团……还有薄如云片的云片糕，绵软可口。邹氏食品作坊还根据节令化和各方口味，作出芝麻糕、花生糕、胡桃糕、玉带糕、薄荷糕、椒盐糕、千层糕、步步糕等20余种系列糕品。到周庄，还得在倚河的茶楼，体验阿婆茶习俗，和各式特色茶菜。比如酸鲜的腌菜苋、脆嫩生津在国际食品博览会上得过金奖的童子黄瓜；碧绿如翠的熏青豆。 一顿闲茶，消磨了时光，就该去搜罗各种家常菜了。水乡周庄水陆丰饶，珍馐水产四时不绝，其中最有名的是蚬江三珍：鲈鱼、白蚬子、银鱼。不说味珍价贵的“蟹、、鳗”，也不提黄豆酱、炒螺蛳、炖虾糟之类普普通通的农家菜，仅三味圆和万三蹄两道乡土菜，也有很多讲究。 三味圆就是汤面筋，把麦麸或面粉调拌成粘糊状，放进清水中漂洗制成面筋，再包进新鲜鸡脯肉、虾仁、猪腿肉等馅子，煮而食之，味美绝伦。著名古建筑专家陈从周品尝后，欣然挥毫题辞：“江苏昆山周庄三味圆，味兼小笼、汤包、馄饨之长，天下美味也。”而万三蹄，俗称蹄膀，佐以红元酱油、茴香、姜片、黄酒、红糖等调料，加水放入铁锅或沙锅，昼夜文火煮焖即成，其酱赤饱满，香气蒸腾，食之肥而不腻，酥而不烂。相传乡绅沈万三“家有筵席，必有酥蹄”，故得名“万三蹄”，是旧时人家规格最高的菜谱。 陈逸飞端坐在周庄桥头的那张照片，陈逸飞画笔下那幅《故乡的回忆》，双桥之侧正在筹建的“逸飞之家”，都透露出我国著名画家陈逸飞先生与千年古镇周庄有着不解的情缘。是啊，周庄走向世界，是那幅《故乡的回忆》，因为这幅画在世界各地产生巨大的影响，世界各国的人们才不远万里奔涌而来，以一睹芳容为最大的满足，以亲身体味江南水乡的古朴典雅为难得的艺术享受，“在神奇的中国竟有如此恬静、秀美的水乡”、“东方威尼斯就在水乡泽国的周庄”，这是不同语言、不同肤色的人们一致的赞美。那么，陈逸飞缘何走进周庄，缘何以双桥为背景挥毫作画，这自然与陈逸飞钟爱江南水乡，厚爱千年古镇不无关系。早在上世纪的1984年，陈逸飞从美国留学归来，在苏州画家杨明义的陪同下，乘着“吱呀吱呀”的小船来到了“镇为泽国，四面环水”的周庄，当时的古镇虽交通不便，但风貌依旧，明清建筑保护完整，乡土气息颇为浓厚，这便引起了陈逸飞的极大兴趣。他沿着井字形的老街悠悠漫步，映入眼帘的便是典型的“小桥流水人家”的水乡风情，而在桥连桥、河接河的优雅环境中，陈逸飞独具慧眼地发现了双桥，于是他描绘了一幅双桥图，起名为《故乡的回忆》。 双桥，在江南水乡中确实罕见。双桥又名钥匙桥，由一座石拱桥和一座石梁桥组成，位于古镇东北。清澈的银子浜和南北市河在此交汇成十字，河上的石桥便联袂而筑，显得十分别致。桥面一横一竖，桥洞一方一圆，样子很像古时候使用的一把钥匙，故称“钥匙桥”。双桥最能体现水乡神韵，碧水泱泱，绿树掩映，小船在桥洞中穿梭，老人在桥上小憩，农妇在桥畔浣纱，其情融融，其景美妙。陈逸飞在这特定的环境中创作的《故乡的回忆》一举获得了成功。同年10月，陈逸飞把《故乡的回忆》连同其它37幅作品在纽约美国西方石油公司董事长阿曼德·哈默所属的哈默画廊展出引起轰动。11月，阿曼德·哈默访问中国时，将《故乡的回忆》买下，作为礼物送给邓小平，被传为佳话。在1985年，成为当年世界联合国协会的首日封。从此，使双桥走向了世界，周庄的名气也越来越大。如今，双桥已成为周庄的象征，大凡美术、摄影作品，皆以双桥为背景，突出双桥的神奇和美妙。双桥也是周庄的代名词，中外人士涉足周庄，往往直奔主题，先看双桥，在双桥上流连，再在双桥前合影留念，获得最大的快慰与满足。 然而，令人遗憾和惋惜的是，陈逸飞先生已于4月10日病逝于上海华山医院，从此他放下了手中的画笔，告别了他执著追求的艺术人生。斯人已去，双桥依旧。4月14日，1000多名周庄民众为了追思这位致力于艺术创作和传播江南古镇诱人魅力的画家，在陈逸飞六十寿诞那天夜晚，点燃起无数支蜡烛，摆在双桥桥头，人们凝视着陈逸飞的遗像，深情地抚摸着双桥的桥石，心中在喃喃自语：“我们要更加珍爱这座年代久远的双桥，更加珍惜由双桥打响的‘中国第一水乡’的品牌，让陈逸飞伴随他精心创作的《故乡的回忆》的缕缕情愫安息于此吧！”
