In Bohr's theory, the electric field obeys the maxwell equation. there is no revision to  the electric field.

Please study quantum optics and quantum mechanics. In quantum optics and quantum mechanics, you will see that when people deal with the interaction between electromagnetic field and atoms (and electrons, magnetic moment), the  electromagnetic field is classical and satisfies Maxwell's equations , while atoms (and electrons, magnetic moment) obey Schrodinger equation.

The above is a common sense. I won't discuss with you in these topics, because it is only a waste of time!!
