Pay attention to your Freudian slips. When you get an attitude,think gratiude . Treasure relationships with people who let you disagree with them. Understand that people are doing the best they can with their current knowledge and circumstances. When you make fun of or criticize someone else ,remember that you see in them something that you don't like about yourself. Care enough about yourself to set limits. When you're parcticing forgiveness , don't forget yourself. Forgive those who have hurt you because it benefits you more than them . Stop struggling! Take vitamins! :)
