参会前的感言
第四届中医药现代化国际科技大会：
回想2005年9月25日下午，我才得到第二届中医药现代化国际科技大会在成都召开的消息。26日上午我才赶到成都沙湾国际会展中心会场门口旁听并散发“速效退热灵”快愈早期急性白血病和“不明原因“高烧的资料，引来国内外一些记者和企业家的围观。
有位香港记者还拍摄了我当时手举<一个民间秘方破解二个世界医学难题>的牌子并散发资料的照片登在人民日报上。
　　　美国驻中国的一个代办当时找我去谈判愿给六千万人民币购买我的这一专有技术，但我怕背千古骂名而没有出手。而广东有位企业家想购买，又嫌六千万价格太高。 我这次获得开会时间较早。我有意进入会场参加第四届中医药现代化国际科技大会，并以“速效退热灵”快愈早期急性白血病的科研成果参与中医治未病的理论及实践课题发言。 我的这一中医药科研成果有资格参加会议并作发言吗？如果可以，我会抓紧时间准备该成果论文的中英文摘要。

这次我知道信息较早，准备了两篇中医药学术成果论文参会，并已经同时上报大会分会和峨眉山市科技股及乐山市科技局。本人已表示愿意参加乐山市科技局组织的团队参加第四届中医药现代化国际科技大会。现在的问题是，我要争取获得大会发言的资格。
我给分会二 中医理论传承与发展中的中医病因、病机与治则治法研究课题的投稿是《早期急性白血病诊断标准》之我见。
我给分会六 中药创新药物的研究与产业化课题的投稿是“速效退热灵”2-3天快愈早期急性白血病。
我给分会七 、中医治未病的理论及实践的投稿仍然是“速效退热灵”2-3天快愈早期急性白血病。
因为“速效退热灵”2-3天快愈早期急性白血病把中药创新药物和中医治未病的理论及实践结合到一起了。所以同时投稿分会六和分会七是合理的。
尽管十多年来，“速效退热灵”2-3天快愈早期急性白血病已在网络和民间小有名气并不断传播开来，并且全国已有近半省市的一些患者验证了它2-3天快愈早期急性白血病和多种难治高烧，其疗效远远超过国内外所有中西成药并非谎言。“速效退热灵”也有勇气接受任何医院的临床验证。但参会官员和审稿者是否有伯乐般的眼力，还得到9月下旬才能得知。

一、“速效退热灵”快愈早期急性白血病-中文摘要

中医注重治未病。“速效退热灵”快愈早期急性白血病,主张未病先防,初病快治，2-3天，几百元钱就可治愈。
　　粗略估计,“速效退热灵”快愈早期急性白血病，一年有可能减少2-3万人死于急性白血病和 "不明原因"高 烧，对国家和人民可以节省6至25.00亿元的医疗费用！

　　2、“早期急性白血病”恶化，由白细胞减少逆转为异常白细胞恶性增殖时，“早期急性白血病”就变成中期或晚期急性白血病了。只有在这个时候，医院才有可能诊断： 病人已经得了急性白血病。
“速效退热灵”的特殊贡献是：它能在1-3天内快速治愈感冒发烧，肺炎高烧、“不明原因高烧和早期急性白血病高烧（治愈率达90%以上）。 因此，它能将将急性白血病扼杀在萌芽状态之中。

　　《早期急性白血病诊断标准》之我见--中文摘要
在我看来：高烧患者出现白细胞和血小板减少，低于正常水平，即形成“早期阶段”的急性白血病。
经过十多年的医疗实践和数据分析，我认为：疑似急性白血病患者高烧，体温38～40℃，白细胞3.6～1.3×109/L，血小板90～74×109/L，应定性为“早期急性白血病”。
“速效退热灵”2—3天不仅可以根治这样的患者，也可以让他们像一个正常的人长期生存。

      “早期急性白血病”恶化，白细胞减少（突然）逆转为异常的白细胞的恶性增值时，早期急性白血病变为中期或晚期的急性白血病。

       虽然中医和西医都说：“由于急性白血病发病快，病程短，通常，我们没有足够的时间来作出反应前的疾病已经造成了严重的不利影响”，但在我看来,今天的医疗设备已经能够满足急性白血病的早期诊断了，这仅仅是因为我们的基础理论还没有跟上来.

       虽然急性白血病只有3-10天生成过程。但是我们拥有先进的医疗检测仪器和2-3天快速治愈早期急性白血病的中药。很明显,急性白血病的早期诊断并不困难,2 - 3天治愈早期急性白血病不是梦!

《Diagnostic criteria of Early acute leukemia》My Opinion--Abstract
In my opinion:Patients with high fever emerge White blood cell and with thrombocytopenia，lower than normal, that is the formation “the early stages ”of acute leukemia.
After ten years of medical practice and data analysis,I think ：high fever of suspected acute leukemia patients, body temperature 38 - 40 ℃, WBC 3.6 - 1.3 × 109 / L, platelets 90 - 74 × 109/ L, should be diagnosed as "early acute leukemia。
Fast-acting Tui re Ling" 2--3 days can not only Radical cure such patients， also can let them like a normal persons long term survival.
